Irene Rubio
Irene began her studies in Translation and Interpreting at the Complutense University of Madrid in 2012, coursing an Erasmus Year in Munich. After this period, she spent a year coursing a master’s in teaching for Foreign Languages at the University Alfonso X El Sabio while studying German in order to get the level of German necessary to spend the next year coursing a Master in Conference Interpreting at the Comillas Pontifical University.
After finishing her studies in 2018, she went to Germany to work as an intern in the Spanish Embassy in Berlin doing administrative work and attending meetings as a representative.
Three months later, once the internship was over, she decided to stay in Berlin and got a job as a receptionist in a German hotel, where she was able to develop her administrative and customer care aptitudes.
When she decided to return to Spain in 2020, she had gotten a job in a translation company as a project manager with customer care functions for the German market, where she has developed her working languages (English and German).
Finally, she was given the opportunity to work as a Paralegal in the Patents department for the LatAm market at BALDER, where she is employed since November 2020.
