Ethics Channel
In accordance with Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, BALDER has developed an Ethics Channel through which any action or omission that may constitute an infringement can be reported.
The information may be submitted in writing by e-mail to canaletico@balderip.com or by mail to Paseo de la Castellana 93, 5th floor, 28046, Madrid, addressed to the BALDER Ethics Channel.
Confidentiality of the identity of the informant or of any third party mentioned in the communication, and of the actions carried out in the management and processing of the same, shall be guaranteed at all times. Such communication, if deemed appropriate, may be made anonymously.
