Lidia Ramírez

Lidia worked for 21 years in a successful American multinational company, which has nothing to do with her studies in Economics at the Complutense University of Madrid, but from which she got all her professional experience in customer relations, project development and internal improvement, communication between work groups and many other areas.

During this time, she traveled, met many people and had the opportunity to develop in her favorite areas: helping others to develop, languages and communication. She has a high level of English and Italian (certified by the University of Siena) and speaks a little French. Currently, Lidia has her sights set on German, a language she aspires to master, without which she would not be able to work at BALDER.

The multinational closed its branch in Spain, and, for the love of the arts, she decided to embark on a new professional and artistic journey (that’s the best way to put it): she trained as a voice-over artist and dubbing actress, which she now does in her spare time because for her it’s more enjoyable than working.

Due to life changes, in 2018 Lidia joined the new world of patents at BALDER. She is committed to the fluidity of the processes in the Latin American department, both the patents themselves and the company’s internal processes, and she is part of a committee created to foster company growth.

Professionally, Lidia wants to continue to grow within the team.

Personally, she prefers the simple pleasures: reading, listening to music, the countryside, traveling and, yes, continuously learning.
