Roxana Sisilica

Roxana was born in Romania and moved to Madrid at the age of 12. Her interest in multilingual environments and intercultural exchange led her to pursue a degree in Modern Languages, Culture, and Communication at the Autonomous University of Madrid. During her university years, she completed a summer internship in Vilnius, Lithuania, marking the beginning of her international focus.

After completing her studies, Roxana expanded her professional experience in Houston and New York, working in both multilateral and unilateral diplomacy for seven years. She returned to Madrid in search of new challenges and joined BALDER’s Patent team in 2021, where she continues to build her career in the field of industrial property.

In her free time, Roxana enjoys exploring new cultures through travel, reading, and music, always seeking ways to broaden her perspective of the world.
