Marina Barberá

Marina holds a Global Degree in International Relations from the European University. Her career began in the field of education, where she was an English teacher in schools and a Cambridge exam preparer. Although she initially had no experience in law or administration, her curiosity and learning ability led her to explore new opportunities.

She joined BALDER almost by chance but quickly found her passion in this sector. Despite the challenges and lack of prior industry experience, she has demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt and learn, which has allowed her to grow and thrive at the firm for over two and a half years.

In her spare time, Marina enjoys traveling, climbing, and organizing board game gatherings. In addition, she has a love for spicy food, studying languages, and solving Rubik’s cubes. Her dynamic approach and diverse skills make her a key part of the BALDER team.
