Juan José Uzquiano

Juan José Uzquiano has extensive experience as a Finance Director and Controller in the industrial, service, and distribution sectors, working for both national and international companies. His background is characterized by a strong analytical and innovative approach, focused on results, cost rationalization, and change management, as well as the implementation of reporting and management tools in matrix organizations.

Previously, he served as Finance Director at the Talentum Group and, in earlier roles, held positions such as Business Controller for Iberia at Groupe CAT, Finance Director at Delaval, and at Millard Filters, among others.

In April 2022, he joined BALDER as Finance Director, leveraging his extensive professional experience. He is now a key figure at the firm, thanks to his proven communication and team management skills.

In his free time, Juan José enjoys cooking, watching science fiction films, and practicing karate.
