Meet BALDER's Newest Associate ⚖️

We are proud to announce that Cristina López Mosquera has joined BALDER's team of Associates.

Cristina López Mosquera, PhD, joined BALDER in 2019 after several years of in-house experience in both regulatory affairs and intellectual property within leading pharmaceutical and diagnostics companies, including Hoffmann-La Roche, Ferrer Internacional, Esteve, and Medichem. She has also worked in the field of innovation, specializing in nanomaterials and nanotechnology at the Institut Català de Nanotecnologia (ICN2).

Alongside her professional career, Cristina has been actively involved in intellectual property education and outreach initiatives, participating in a variety of European programs focused on training and knowledge dissemination.

Cristina is a European Patent Attorney, a Spanish Patent and Trademark Attorney, and a Registered Representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC). Her practice focuses on infringement risk assessment and the strategic evaluation of potential enforcement and defense actions, helping clients navigate complex intellectual property matters with confidence and clarity.
